In order to optimize recruiting efforts, analysis of recruiting data for a firm covering multiple departments over multiple years.

Findings

  • PhD candidates are most likely to progress to a phone screen, but least likely to accept an offer.
  • The most effective application source is On Campus Events, resulting in an acceptance rate of 60%.
  • Performing chi-squared tests, there is no significant statistical difference YoY for Career Fairs and Campus Events.
  • Engineering and Operations departments have the highest offer acceptance rates for Bachelor degrees.
